This workshop guides participants through the full lifecycle of building, structuring, and maintaining AML policies and procedures that are fully aligned with regulatory expectations and business wide risk assessment.


It gives an overview of the AML documentation, such as policies, procedural workflows, and escalation protocols and incorporating the legal and regulatory obligations. It also focuses on how companies can embed risk-based AML controls into policy section, ensuring that measures are tailored to customer, product, distribution channel, and geographic risks. There will be an overview of workflows for onboarding, monitoring, STR reporting, and enhanced reviews; highlighting the importance of quality assurance, version control, internal audit trails, and governance oversight to ensure policies remain current and effective.
