PAYMENT CONFIRMATION – Once payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY – Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours, and fees paid will be refunded within 3 days. If cancellation is made after 24 hours, the fee will not be refunded; it can only be used to cover the fees of any other workshop.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY – Once the order is submitted, instructions will be sent to join the workshop with details, meeting link, and timing. Once the workshop is completed, a certificate will be sent to the participant's registered email.
